Subject: STOP FINANCING THE DESTRUCTION OF VENEZUELA
Honorable Senators / Representatives: You are being misled. The 3-Phase Plan is a fraud and violates Article 1 of the Venezuelan Constitution.
Today, a single company, Chevron, operates under a special license producing 1.3 MILLION barrels per day; it is the financial pillar of the regime that destroyed Venezuela. More than $13 BILLION is generated through the U.S. licensing system with zero transparency while our people starve. This is INVERTED TUTELAGE: the victim finances its own guardian.
I invoke Article 1: Independence, Sovereignty, Immunity, and Self-Determination are IRREVOCABLE.
That is why we advocate for a TRANSITIONAL GOVERNMENT NOW.
Only a Transitional Government can audit the $13 billion and repatriate the capital stolen from the people of Venezuela, halt hyperinflation, provide real legal guarantees to American companies that were robbed—such as ExxonMobil—and respect the oil agreement with the workers.
We demand the freedom of political and military hostages. Do not make pacts with the destroyers.
