Después de un terremoto, no solo quedan grietas en las calles o en las viviendas; también pueden quedar heridas profundas en el corazón. Si hoy sientes miedo, tristeza o incertidumbre, recuerda que Dios no abandona a quienes ponen su confianza en Él. «Dios es nuestro amparo y fortaleza, nuestro pronto auxilio en las tribulaciones. Por tanto, no temeremos…» (Salmo 46:1-2). Acércate a la Santa Misa, ora con tu familia y permite que la fe fortalezca tu espíritu. Unidos en oración, pidamos al Señor que siga obrando con misericordia, proteja a quienes aún esperan ser rescatados, conceda consuelo a las familias afectadas y nos dé la fuerza para reconstruir nuestras vidas con esperanza. Dios y la Virgen te bendigan.
When the soul also needs to be rescued
After an earthquake, not only are there cracks in the streets and homes; deep wounds can also remain in our hearts. If today you feel fear, sadness, or uncertainty, remember that God never abandons those who place their trust in Him. «God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear…» (Psalm 46:1-2). Draw near to Holy Mass, pray with your family, and allow your faith to strengthen your spirit. United in prayer, let us ask the Lord to continue working with mercy, protect those who are still waiting to be rescued, bring comfort to the affected families, and give us the strength to rebuild our lives with hope.
